During the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund, I helped shape the conceptual development of a signature look that captured the essence of the "Jonathan Cohen woman." Drawing inspiration from Basquiat's preserved studio and urban memorial graffiti, our team translated this narrative into graffiti-inspired prints and paint colors. The "Basquiat dress" was composed of tied-together squares of different fabrications to mimic "mixed media art." The final look balanced couture precision with downtown edge—showcasing the brand's distinctive artistic narrative.
