Love Me, Love Me Not
JONATHAN COHEN, SPRING / SUMMER 2019
Inspired by the childhood ritual of picking petals off a daisy, this collection explores longing and nostalgia through music and memory.
Sheet music is hand-painted into roses, daisies are scanned as petals fall, and block printing with embroidered Swarovski crystals adds texture. Drawing from artists like Lauryn Hill, Siouxsie and the Banshees, and Kate Bush, the prints create a language that feels personal and resonant.
